1001 Uses For Leftover Garlic Bread

I get the feeling I'm going to be eating a lot of garlic bread sandwiches this week. (In fact, I bought salami and pepper turkey for this express reason.) I'm also planning on making garlic bread pizza. If I get super-adventurous and still have any leftovers, I might try my hand at croutons. What else could I do with an (almost) entire loaf of garlic bread?

Throw it in the blender or food processor, make bread crumbs. Stick in freezer until bread crumbs are needed.

I'd also suggest onion soup but I'd guess that's not a favorite of yours...
